The Seller Referral Scheme is only valid if the referred store/organisation is not currently engaged with Quicart.
The referred store/organisation must be well established, structured and into groceries or everyday essentials within Lagos.
There is only one reward for each store/organisation referred. Quicart will notify the Referrer if the referred store/organisation has previously been referred.
Each referred store/organisation must contract directly through Quicart, not through a Referrer.
Quicart requires the Referrer representative name, email and the Referrer’s name, phone number and email address. Quicart will also require the referred store/organisation name, referred store/organisation representative name, referred store/organisation email address and referred store/organisation contact number.
There is no limit to the number of referrals made by each Referrer.
The Referred store/organisation must agree to the Quicart Terms of Service during account creation on the platform.
Upon confirmation that the referred store/organisations have been verified, a referral amount will be paid by Quicart to a Nigerian bank account of the Referrer’s choice.
If the Referrer wishes to remain anonymous in any publicity relating to this Seller Referral Scheme, this must be clearly stipulated in an email to legal@quicart.ng prior to the referred store/organisation product or service reaching Open to Users.
Referrer and Referrer representative will be named in communication between Quicart and the referred store/organisation.
The Seller Referral Scheme is available to Lagos residents only.
The Seller Referral Scheme is not open to Quicart staff and contractors.
In the event of any disputes regarding any referred store/organisation, the decision of Quicart is final.
